Welcome to plll. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application to connect via Bluetooth to a compatible smart flashlight, including features such as adjusting brightness, viewing temperature and battery level, and configuring lighting modes.

1. Information We Collect

To provide core functionality, the app may involve the following types of information:

• Bluetooth-related data. To discover, pair with, and maintain a connection to your smart flashlight, the app uses Bluetooth permissions on your device. We may process identifiers for nearby Bluetooth devices (such as device names and Bluetooth addresses, within what the operating system allows) solely to establish and manage the connection and to control the device.
• Device status from the flashlight. Data read from or written to the flashlight over Bluetooth—for example brightness settings, temperature readings, battery level, and lighting mode. This data is exchanged primarily between your phone and the flashlight and is used to display status in the app and to send your commands to the device.
• Optional app diagnostics. If we integrate crash reporting or analytics tools, we may collect anonymized or de-identified information such as device model, OS version, and crash logs to improve stability. The exact data depends on any third-party SDKs we use; if none are integrated, we do not collect this category of data.

2. Location Permission (Where Required by Android)

On some Android versions, the operating system requires location-related permissions for Bluetooth scanning, even when we do not use your GPS for app features. We do not use your precise location for advertising, and we do not sell your location to third parties. If such permission is requested, it is only to comply with platform requirements for Bluetooth discovery. You can manage permissions in your device settings.

3. How We Use Information

• To establish and maintain a Bluetooth connection with your smart flashlight;
• To show temperature, battery level, current mode, and related status in the app;
• To send commands you choose (e.g. brightness, lighting mode) to the device;
• To keep the app secure and improve the user experience, in line with this policy.

4. Storage and Transfer

Control and display of device data is handled primarily on your device. Unless we explicitly offer cloud sync or account features and describe them in the app, we do not upload your flashlight control data to our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

If we add third-party SDKs (for example analytics or advertising), we will update this page and disclose them in the app or on the Google Play listing as required. If the current release does not use such SDKs, we do not share personal data with third parties for those purposes. When communication is directly between your phone and the flashlight and does not pass through our servers, we do not receive that payload.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Your Rights

You may stop using the app at any time by turning off Bluetooth or uninstalling the application. Where applicable law grants you rights to access, correct, or delete information we may hold about you, you may contact us as described below.
